Enrique Cabrera

Enrique Cabrera is a multidisciplinary contemporary artist dedicated to promoting Mexican art and culture around the globe. He is a sculptor, photographer, and musician and his works have been shown in prestigious museums worldwide including the Louvre and the Musée Picasso, amongst others. Cabrera has also participated in exhibitions in over 28 countries and is the recipient of numerous awards honoring his many achievements.

Part and parcel to Cabrera’s efforts in elevating Mexico’s profile as a significant cultural force is his commitment to aiding those most in need. He has developed working alliances with a variety of charitable organizations including the Scholas Ocurrentes Pontifical Foundation created by Pope Francis, the Eva Longoria Foundation, the Ricky Martin Foundation and Les Couleurs Charity, to name just a few.

Cabrera is also highly respected in the field of art conservation and he has collaborated with the National Center of Investigation in Fine Arts (CENIDIAP) and the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA) in several art restorations. In addition, he was commissioned by the governments of France and Mexico to restore a number of historically significant sculptures.
